  • Overview

    Hiring an experienced Recruiter to source, recruit, and onboard warehouse, manufacturing, IT and other professional positions to effectively staff Rogue's team. 


    • Drafts and posts job descriptions and adverstisements. 
    • Sources, screens and interviews potential job candidates.
    • Understands and explains job requirements to candidates.
    • Understands and explains Rogue's values and mission to candidates.
    • Works closesly with hiring managers throughout hiring process to identify skills required, potential candidates, and job offers.
    • Composes and extends job offers to selected candidates.  
    • Conducts pre-employment screens including criminal background checks, drug screen, reference checks, etc. 
    • Schedules and facilitates new hire orientations.
    • Partners with 3rd party recruiters and agencies.
    • Stays educated on competitive trends and recruiting strategies & technologies.


    • 3+ years of recruiting experience is required. 
    • Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred. 
    • Must have in depth knowledge of recruitment and labor legislation. 
    • High volume recruiting or IT technical recruiting experience is preferred. 
    • Experience using iCIMS or similar applicant tracking system is required.
    • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred. 
    • Professional verbal and written communication skills are required.
