    Provide and process information in response to orders, inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

    Responsibilities

    • Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
    • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
    • Manage customers' accounts.
    • Record details of actions taken.
    • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
    • Follow up on customer interactions.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • Rogue Customer Service Required.
    • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
    • Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
    • Communication skills - verbal and written.
    • Problem analysis and problem-solving.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
