Performs a variety of complex tasks, such as designing and documenting business process and systems logic.
Provides technical training, guidance, and resource support for end users and departmental staff.
Defines system requirements, priorities, and viable alternatives.
Coordinates the efforts of business and IT teams to locate, assess, install, test, and maintain computer software systems.
Drives systems analysis and design as part of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Coordinates conversions and upgrades to vendor systems.
Performs as a project lead and directs other systems analysts or application developers.
Assists in developing user documentation and departmental policies and procedures.Proactively performs process and systems analysis and makes recommendations for improvement that positively impact overall cost, efficiency, or quality.
