  • Overview

    Responsible for supply chain management, purchasing, and distribution of supplies, services, materials and equipment related to the General Stores function. Responsibilities also include maintaining equipment, inventory logs, distribution of supplies, reporting KPI’s of the General Stores, and establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers of products and services needed to meet the production needs of the various areas of the company.


    • Manage the ordering and stocking of all supply items needed (i.e. – equipment parts or supplies, production jobs parts or supplies, office supplies).
    • Work with engineering and finance teams to determine stocking plan for consumable items when purchasing new machinery and equipment.
    • Manage the assignment and collection of equipment, tools and supplies.
    • Establis and manage the reorder points for all materials and consumables needed to support work internally and at the floor level; maintaining inventory levels on a just in time/FIFO schedule.
    • Conduct physical inventory when necessary, reporting overages and losses within the appropriate application.
    • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate updates on new products and services, and obtaining the highest quality merchandise of competitive pricing.
    • Perform other duties within the facility and/or company as required.
    • Oversee and perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
    • Process requests following Rogue's sourcing process, and hold stakeholders accountable for purchasing from approved vendor list.


    • Bachelor’s degree in a business or engineering related field.
    • Experience purchasing MRO stock/non-stock items.
    • Inventory control experience, problem solving and the ability to analyze min/max inventory stock levels.
    • Strong Excel skills, MRP experience and ERP (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) system knowledge.
    • Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.
