  • Overview

    The Government/Commercial Sales Specialist is responsible for growing government and commercial sales by locating bid opportunities, winning bids, and closing sales while providing the highest level of customer service. 

    Responsibilities

    • Locate and solicit government, military, and commercial sales opportunities.
    • Log, track, and report bids and sales.
    • Build relationships with current and potential customers.
    • Maintain a high level of responsiveness to customer needs.
    • Manage government and commercial sales and contracts.
    • Generate new business opportunities, and grow business with exisiting customers.

    Qualifications

    • GSA knowledge required.
    • Strong negotiation skills required.
    • Prior GSA or commercial sales experience preferred.
    • Prior fitness equipment sales experience preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
    • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to succeed in rapidly changing, deadline driven environment.
