  • Overview

    The Sales Specialist is part of the sales team and contributes to driving sales by analyzing and reporting trends and patterns, sourcing and on-boarding new resale products, and contributing to creative solutions to increase sales.

    Responsibilities

    • Collect, analyze, and report sales data to measure against current goals.
    • Identify and source new resale products that fit within the Rogue brand.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with resale vendors.
    • Contribute towards creative solutions to increase sales.
    • Identify trends and act on measured results.
    • Work closely with the Sales, Ecommerce, and Purchasing teams on reporting and implementation of sales strategies.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
    • 2+ years of related work experience.
    • Have an understanding of the current fitness market and products.
    • Must be resourceful and able to find solutions to complex problems.
    • Adapt to change frequently and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to receive and act on constructive feedback.
    • Must be able to work with and effectively contribute to a team.
