The Sales Specialist is part of the sales team and contributes to driving sales by analyzing and reporting trends and patterns, sourcing and on-boarding new resale products, and contributing to creative solutions to increase sales.
Collect, analyze, and report sales data to measure against current goals.
Identify and source new resale products that fit within the Rogue brand.
Establish and maintain relationships with resale vendors.
Contribute towards creative solutions to increase sales.
Identify trends and act on measured results.
Work closely with the Sales, Ecommerce, and Purchasing teams on reporting and implementation of sales strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
2+ years of related work experience.
Have an understanding of the current fitness market and products.
Must be resourceful and able to find solutions to complex problems.
Adapt to change frequently and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to receive and act on constructive feedback.
Must be able to work with and effectively contribute to a team.
