The Warehouse Supervisor manages the daily work schedules of warehouse team members involved in performing a combination of: shipping, receiving, loading and unloading trucks, stacking, picking and palletizing finished products.
Supervises, motivates and assigns specific responsibilities to distribution center teammates to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitors team member attendance, productivity, and other performance markers and provides counseling to team members, as required.
Ensures orders are picked, packed, and shipped in accordance with designated cut-off times.
Ensures company vehicles are maintained in an orderly manner and operated in accordance with city, state, and federal laws.
Coordinates work with Warehouse and Operations Managers.
Maintains various records and reports.
Ensures that all stored material is organized and clearly identified.
Recommends changes in procedures to improve the operating efficiency of the unit.
Enforces all Rogue work and safety rules.
Familiar with company policies and procedures, including human resources policies.
5-7 years of experience in a leadership role for shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast paced environment.
Must be able to lift 80lbs.
In-depth product knowledge required.
Available to work overtime.
Attention to detail and must be alert to quality issues.
