  • Overview

    The Application Developer creates and enhances application components according to specifications in order to meet business needs.


    • May work independently on technical designs and specifications.

    • Proactively analyzes and evaluates systems to improve performance and usability.

    • May mentor other developers. Works with Business Analysts to evaluate business systems and works to improve the application solutions.

    • Evaluates complexity and levels of effort to determine project timelines.

    • Communicates and works directly with business analysts and business stakeholders on projects as needed.

    • Leads by example by completing programming tasks on time and within prescribed standards.

    • Contributes to the team effort as needed through coding, configuration, documentation, and hands-on support.

    • Works within a variety of technical environments (web, database, desktop, system integration) using modern technology.


    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related field preferred.
    • 3-7 years of programming experience with C# or similar object-oriented language.
    • Experience programming with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MS .Net, ASP.Net MVC, C#, SQL Server, TSQL, SSIS.
    • Experience with MS Dynamics AX is a plus.
    • Experience coding with the MVC software pattern.
    • Experience using productivity applications such as Google Docs/Sheets.
    • Must be a self-starter.
    • Ability to communicate across a mix of operations and technical conversations.
    • Aptitude to work across the gamut of users, projects and technologies.
    • A desire to be part of a true team, participating and contributing with peers.
    • Requires proactive problem solving and troubleshooting/diagnostic skills.
