  • Overview

    Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to orders, inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

    Responsibilities

    • Have a 360° understanding of what is happening in the retail environment.
    • Effectively motivate and influence Team Members.
    • Input inventory orders.
    • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
    • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
    • Manage customers' accounts.
    • Record details of actions taken.
    • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
    • Follow up on customer interactions.
    • Exceed quality goals.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • 1-3 years of real industry experience in a Customer Service setting.
    • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
    • Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
    • Ability to type.
    • Communication skills - verbal and written.
    • Problem analysis and problem-solving.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product.
    • Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds and carry up to 80 feet.
