  • Overview

    The Director of Human Resources will lead and evolve a high-performing HR team in alignment with company and departmental goals and strategies. He/She is responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the HR function.


    • Contribute to the development of Rogue’s business strategy by sharing Human Resources knowledge and making recommendations.
    • Direct human resources objectives, strategies and procedures in alignment with Rogue’s goals and values.
    • Develop company policies and procedures, and maintain Team Member Handbook.
    • Maintain knowledge of industry trends regarding compensation, benefits, programs & policies.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local legislation.
    • Consult with legal counsel on personnel matters as required.
    • Identify opportunities and initiatives that drive profitability through collaboration with stakeholders across the business.
    • Provide leadership and development for Human Resources team.


    • 10-15 years of experience in Human Resources at a leadership level.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business required.
    • Graduate degree preferred (MHR, MBA).
    • PHR or SPHR preferred.
    • High level of confidentiality and integrity required.
    • Exceptional management and team building skills are required.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills including executive presentation skills are required.
    • Agency or consulting experience is preferred.
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills are crucial (e.g., business cases, ROI models, etc).
