The Director of Human Resources will lead and evolve a high-performing HR team in alignment with company and departmental goals and strategies. He/She is responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the HR function.
Contribute to the development of Rogue’s business strategy by sharing Human Resources knowledge and making recommendations.
Direct human resources objectives, strategies and procedures in alignment with Rogue’s goals and values.
Develop company policies and procedures, and maintain Team Member Handbook.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends regarding compensation, benefits, programs & policies.
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local legislation.
Consult with legal counsel on personnel matters as required.
Identify opportunities and initiatives that drive profitability through collaboration with stakeholders across the business.
Provide leadership and development for Human Resources team.
10-15 years of experience in Human Resources at a leadership level.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business required.
Graduate degree preferred (MHR, MBA).
PHR or SPHR preferred.
High level of confidentiality and integrity required.
Exceptional management and team building skills are required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills including executive presentation skills are required.
Agency or consulting experience is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills are crucial (e.g., business cases, ROI models, etc).
