Overview

We are hiring a Director of Supply Chain to lead and evolve the Supply Chain team in alignment with Rogue business goals and departmental strategies. He/she will direct the supply chain operations, including purchasing and inventory of raw materials, selection of vendors, and distribution of finished goods. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate past performance data to forecast needs and production scheduling.
  • Develop strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
  • Responsible for supplier selection, contract negotiations, supplier relationship management, reduction of total cost of ownership, risk management and day-to-day execution.
  • Drive strategy for end-to-end pipeline management, inventory management, supply planning, materials management, and inventory deployment.
  • Lead and build team for functions including Supply Chain Innovation, Analytics and Program Management.
  • Identify supply chain opportunities to enable the growth of the business.
  • Drive organizational Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and provide standard and ad-hoc reporting to business leaders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management including distribution, manufacturing and global operations.
  • Exceptional leadership and team building skills are required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including executive presentation skills are required.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills are crucial (e.g., business cases, ROI models, etc).
  • Ability to prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment.
  • Affinity for data-driven decision making.
  • Adaptable to changing business needs and climate.
